Daily / Nightly Services

Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners
Vacuum carpeted areas and entry mats
Mop and dust hard surface floors
Disinfect restrooms and restock supplies
Clean entry and lobby glass
Spot clean walls, doors, and light switches
Sanitize kitchens, break rooms, and drinking fountains
Disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, elevator buttons, etc.)

Weekly Services

Dust high surfaces (vents, ledges, etc.)
Machine scrub hard floors (where applicable)
Clean inside of microwaves and refrigerators
Polish stainless steel and metal surfaces

Monthly / As-Needed Services

Pressure Washing

Carpet spot removal
Strip and wax of VCT or sealed floors
Bonnet shampoo or carpet extraction
Interior window and glass wall cleaning
High dusting (lights, ceiling vents, exposed piping)

Specialty & Add-On Services

Post-construction clean-up Our services focus solely on final-phase detailing, including dust removal, restroom and kitchen sanitizing, floor finishing, and preparing the space for occupancy.

Move-out or make-ready cleaning
Pressure washing (graffiti, grease, etc.)
Deep disinfection (fogging or COVID sanitation)
Emergency cleanup (flooding, odors, spills)
Restroom deep sanitation and grout restoration

Exterior power washing (entrances, sidewalks, patios)

We do not subcontract any cleaning staff

Regular quality control walkthroughs and client check-ins
